Requirements
Must be a Licensed Enrolled Agent with active credentials
At least 1 year as an Enrolled Agent (preferred)
Strong communication (verbal & written) skills and excellent customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Responsibilities
Obtaining and analyzing Tax transcripts
Review and analyze financial documents in order to identify the best possible resolution for our clients
Meeting deadlines and tasks in a timely manner to further expedite the resolution process
Provide excellent customer service while multitasking clients, tasks, goals, and expectations
Maintaining proper notes in CRM and tracking progress accordingly
Regularly establishes contact with the IRS and/or State Tax Agencies
Provide realistic timelines and case updates to team members daily or as needed
Ability to work independently and effectively, prioritize caseload, handles a high volume of cases
We are looking for a full-time Sales Associate with an energetic personality that enjoys speaking and helping individuals. The right candidate is outgoing, has a great attitude, and is a self-starter with a great phone presence.
Responsibilities
Take inbound calls from prospective clients
Make outbound calls on prospect inquiries, 100% lead generation, no cold calling
Take prospective clients through sales consultation
Successfully pitch and close sales
Maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
Preferably 1 year of Customer Service/Sales Experience
Good communication skills
Confident and pleasant phone voice presence
Active Listening Skills
Demonstrate consistent follow-up and organizational qualities
Strong work ethic
Bilingual is a PLUS
Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
